Let our team of trained technicians examine your PENN products and put them in perfect working condition again. To submit a warranty claim, repair or a service request, please fill in the below form and follow the prompts to post your product to our service centre for inspection. You can read our full warranty terms and conditions here.

All PENN reels purchased in Australia or New Zealand on or after 1 July 2022, come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

All other PENN products (including rods) purchased in Australia or New Zealand come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one year from date of purchase.
